Do you deliver and install the backdrops?

Absolutely! Quotes provided include delivery, install and breakdown. Delivery Fees are calculated based on distance from our shop to your location.

 

How long do I have the backdrop for?

Each rental is for the length of time of your event. We will discuss drop off time and pick up time

How much are your rental fees? Our quotes are tailored to your specific needs for your event. Prices start at $250

What is your cancellation policy? A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking.

If you cancel more than 4 weeks out from your booking, 20% will be returned. If you cancel less than 4 weeks out from your booking, deposits are not returned.

 

Can your backdrops be placed outside?

Generally not unless approved by us. We do not recommend backdrops be placed outside unless there is a structured wall behind it and there is no rain or strong winds in the forecast. Things to consider when requesting a wall be placed outdoors is weather conditions. Our walls are expensive, so please have consideration for the rain and the wind. Another thing to consider is safety. You must have a flat area where the wall will be placed. The walls are extremely heavy so we recommend placing in front of a wall. Also, our walls can not be left outside overnight. they will be exposed to any moisture as this spoils the silk flowers. We will recommend a 

suitable location for placement when we come out to install, therefore we do not allow unauthorized relocation.

Can the backdrop be moved during my event?

Due to the structure of our backdrops, we respectfully ask that they are not relocated by anyone other than an employee of Emi Rose Flowers. If you would like the backdrop moved during your event, please contact us for fee info. Fee includes cost and time of roundtrip.
